The Seventh Grade Grammar Project's second assignment is to teach a grammar topic based on the "Chapter Challenges" previously compiled by students individually. In this project, each of the previous writers of "Chapter Challenges" will team up with fellow students who worked on the same part of speech (Nouns, Pronouns, Adjectives, etc.). Students in each group will teach a lesson on their assigned part of speech using these assessments they rewrote as final drafts. Each group is then responsible for creating a test on their assigned part of speech. These tests will ask questions based on a 2-3 paragraph essay that contains each grammar category mentioned in the student's previous "Chapter Challenge." Each small group will first be given a new topic to write about, and collectively write an essay upon which each test question they formulate will be based. The groups are as follows:
